Why is international shipping so expensive?

Apologies for the high shipping prices, but please understand that for US residents like us, USPS is the only affordable shipping service for mailing packages worldwide—the alternatives are far more expensive! We're following the guidelines that USPS implemented for international parcels by packaging all of our items in bubble/rigid mailers, ensuring that your item stays safe in transit. If we sent everything in normal mailers, it would run the risk of items either being damaged, bent, lost, or returned to us.

Why is shipping unavailable for Germany and the UK?

Due to changes in VAT laws, we are unable to ship to the UK via this storefront. UK customers still have the option of purchasing items from Sierra's Etsy account @ s̲i̲e̲r̲r̲a̲s̲k̲e̲t̲c̲h̲e̲s̲. As for Germany, we cannot legally ship to the country due to the recent implementation of the Packaging Act (VerpackG). We apologize for the inconvenience!

Why are 11" x 17" prints shipped separately from other items?

Simply put: it is more expensive to ship prints in 11" x 17" rigid mailers. Because the mailers that we use are also flat, most other items (i.e. charms, washi tape, etc.) don't fit inside of them very nicely, so they may also damage the prints.

When will you restock items?

We are currently in the process of retiring some of our merchandise. We only intend to keep restocking prints, washi tape, bags, and certain charms. Please wait at least 2-3 months for restocks to arrive. All other items will not be restocked, so be sure to get them while they're still available!

Where are your items made?

We will not respond to these messages, as they are not store-related inquiries. Sorry, but we don't disclose details pertaining to our manufacturers!

What if I have an issue with my order?

Please fill out our contact form and be sure to include your order number somewhere in the message. In the event that your order arrives damaged, kindly email Sierra ([email protected]) with photos of the affected item(s) and she will do her best to accomodate you!
